Hamilton Green Landscaping is expanding, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Class 3 Driver (with Air Brake)
2. Class 5 Driver
3. Site Lead
4. Landscaper Laborer
What We Offer:
-Starting pay of $20/hour for landscape laborer, based on experience

Position Details:
Site Lead
As a Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 3 to 5 people. The ideal candidate will have:
-5+ years of experience** in the landscape industry
-Experience leading a landscape crew is preferred
-Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 is a plus)
-Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high standards and timely job completion
-Familiarity with interlock stone installation, retaining wall processes, and softscape processes
-Experience operating skid steers and other landscaping equipment
-Ability to manage daily operations and track maintenance of equipment
- Wage dependent on experience
Landscaper Laborer
-As a Landscaper Laborer, you will assist in various landscaping tasks. Requirements include:
-Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
-Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly throughout the day
-Experience in the landscape industry is an asset
All Driver Positions
-Valid driver's license (Class 3 with Air Brake or Class 5)
-Ability to work long hours (approximately 10-12 hours per shift)
