This individual will work part-time as a call center agent to make calls and collect information over the phone from businesses across the U.S. and Canada. This is an at-home, contracted position. Job Duties: *Act as a customer with either a private insurance plan or no insurance, and call businesses nationwide to find the best price for a product *Obtain information about the item's "cash" price, size, etc. and record it in the spreadsheet provided *Receive assignments with specific instructions and a deadline via email from the comfort of your own home Personality Traits: *Communicates strongly and conversationally over the phone and email *Follows complex directions well *Ability to adapt and respond quickly to unexpected situations *Persistent and assertive in uncomfortable situations, but never aggressive Job Qualifications: *Own a phone *Have access to a computer *One year of experience with Excel (required) *Speak French (preferred) A monthly long distance phone carrier reimbursement or calling card reimbursement is available upon approval.
