We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional taste and quality to our customers, using traditional recipes and the freshest ingredients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our team.

Overview of the Position
As a Kitchen Staff Member, you will play a crucial role in the operations of the organization. You will focus on the preparation, forming, and flattening of dough for our Jamaican patties. In addition to preparing the patties, you will also bake, rack, freeze, and ensure the products are ready for packaging. You will also label and package products, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhere to health and safety standards, and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely production of patties.

Due to the part-time nature of this position, the number of hours, days, and times of shifts may vary from week to week to meet the demands of production.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Experience in dough preparation and baking (preferred but not essential)
• Food Handler certification (preferred but not essential)
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• The ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• To work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation is required as this position is in Oak Bluff, Manitoba
