Technician is scheduled and completes pre-configuration work in the staging
location (where applicable), and dates when Installation Technician is scheduled

• Works with the Deployment Planner Scheduler to manage and ensure that all work
orders are scheduled and completed within a timely manner, and to avoid potential
backlogs; escalates with appropriate authorized representatives as necessary to
address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
2-5 years’ experience as an IMAC Coordinator
Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and equipment, including hardware,
software, and networking.
Excellent communication skills
Experience with hardware repair or at least very good understanding.
