We are looking for someone that knows they can sell professionally, have integrity and want to earn a good living. This is a long-term career, not just a job! The right individual will help us grow our market share which entails developing and maintaining key relationships with decision makers and business owners. During the sales process, you will be achieving established metrics for customer engagements and territory quotas. You will get to work side by side with champions in the POS industry. Many of our champions earn 100K plus in their first two (2) years; that can be you too Main ResponsibilitiesHunter sales mentality, with a track record of generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing dealsDeveloping and executing account plans to achieve sales and revenue targetA "can-do" attitude — relentless in pursuing goals and solving problemsManage and grow existing accounts and develop new business within AMPM territoriesExperienced in networking and cold calling, leveraging skill-set to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and exceed sales targets.Must be assertive, flexible, and have a strong sense of urgencyRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerCustomer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented approachExecute all responsibilities and administrative duties as it pertains to selling processBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive outreachLeading and mentoring junior account representatives on the team. Qualifications3+ years of experience of Sales ExperienceSelf-motivated, highly organized, and achievement-oriented attitudeResults-oriented, commission-driven, with a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and the ability to close deals and exceed targetsEngages in Consultative Sales Approach and customer-centric sellingSkilled negotiator with the ability to think creatively and find win-win solutionStrong computer skills, Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite (word, excel, power point, etc.)Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skillsExperience with SAAS selling considered an assetTech-savvy and comfortable working with a variety of software and hardware platformsWillingness to travel frequentlyMust own a vehicle & valid Class 5 driver’s Who You Are You are resourceful and will leverage your networking skills to develop leads. Cold calling is a breeze for you. You will develop and maintain sales pipeline while promoting AM/PM value proposition and brand image. Educating prospects about AM/PM products and services through presentations and product demonstration is something that you will strive at. You are collaborative and will work closely with our sales leadership, marketing, finance and customer experience teams.
