Looking for capable rider/St Malo area

This horse was professionally trained and competed last year with view to him being sold, unfortunately he wasn’t through no fault of his own. Ime now looking for a capable rider for someone competent and knowledgeable to come and put this guy back into work as he’s just stood in the field as I don’t ride anymore. Would consider a loan to qualified applicants/training facility within 60km radius. This horse is show quality ideal for English/western dressage for someone who’s looking to compete and wants a quality horse.
