It is said by many, “you don’t ride the papers.”. This is a *grade* foal for those who just want a solidly built mount, with good foot and bone, and an easygoing “born broke” temperament.

Sired by our Gunner, and out of a QH/Mustang mare we call Honey.
We typically have a “no grade mare” policy, for our own breeding stock. However, we knew Honey from her previous owner to be a seasoned ranch/feedlot horse, retired from use due to injury. When we were offered the chance to own her, we jumped at it. She produces the type of “big, ranchy offspring” that we know and love. She may not have papers, but she is quiet and gentle, a proven producer, is built like a land barge, has tremendous foot and bone, and has 100% proven herself with her previous owner, as a ranch horse. In our mind, that has more than earned her a place here, with us!
She crosses very well with Gunner, producing foals that inherit her size, foot, and bone, along with Gunner’s thick build and quiet mind. We expect this colt to mature around the 15.2-15.3 mark, judging by how his full brother from 2024 has been maturimg (shown in the last picture, owned by a good friend of ours).
He will be built to work all day, rope snakey range cows or bulls, ride feedlot or go to the roping pen, but quiet minded and even tempered enough to make a solid and steady family horse too. If he is anything like his full brother (and the other Gunner babies… lol), he will have that same “born broke” nature, that makes him a good friend, and a pleasure to work with.

Sired by Gunner, this colt is already showing himself to have that easygoing, “born broke” temperament that we have come to expect from the Gunner foals.
He is quiet and friendly, well built, and we expect him to mature around the ~15.2hh mark, based on sire and dam height, as well as how we are told his full sister from 2025 is growing.
His dam is big boned and solidly built; what I refer to as being a “big, framey mare” - built for ranch work, which I love. She’s also got the pedigree to support that - very cowhorse bred.
He is a nice mover, strong, athletic, and quick on his feet. He will be built to last, and has potential to do very well as a ranch/cowhorse; but would also excel as a solid trail/family horse mount, based on what we know about the “Gunner disposition”.

Sired by our cousin’s stallion, “Ike On” (Wapiti Ridge Farm), and out of a home-raised mare we call “Tips”, This filly is a beautiful mix of speed, and old school foundation lines. She should have the build and agility to excel at barrels, roping, working cowhorse, and ranch work.
Ike On has sired some beautiful, well built, nice moving foals, that are good natured, trainable, and nice to work with. Her dam, Tips, is sired by our original stallion, Red Eddie Drift, and as is typical for the Eddie daughters, she’s well built, with excellent foot and bone, and a puppy-dog type temperament.
I would expect this filly to mature around the 15-15.1hh mark, although I won’t rule it out that she could mature a shade over that, being more “run” on the top side.
She is a beautiful mover - quick on her feet and catty. Being born the day before turnout, she didn’t get the hands-on handling we generally try for, but is curious, and I have no doubt that she will quiet down quickly, once she decides she likes “bumm scritches”! Lol.

PRICE REDUCED! This is Taz. Taz is a 17 year old papered purebred Egyptian Arabian gelding.
Taz is not great if your riding another horse around him, he might start nipping ay them. You can easily train him out of that, as he's a pretty smart horse.
Taz is a bit spicy under saddle, as he's an Arabian, so I'd suggest an intermediate rider.
Taz is not bareback broke, which I found out the hard way, he bolts.
Taz does not load very easy, but if you've got oats in the trailer he's not as hard to load.
He prefers bosals over bits.
He would make a great barrel horse or any type of rodeo horse with the right person who has time. Could also make a good trail horse if you made him used to other horses when riding.
He is around 15.3hh I believe, hasn't been sticked.

belle is a very sweet pony once she gets to know you a bit. she doesn't necessarily do well for strangers, but once she is used to you she is so sweet and loving and willing to please. I'm so sad to have to sell her, it is no fault of her own.
she is laminitic in her front feet.
she is easy to catch, and leads well. she is amazing with basic groundwork, and I've been working lots on desensitizing. she is good with her front hooves, but her back ones have never been done. I am working on her, and she has let me pick up her back hooves, but still needs more work before they'll be able to be trimmed. she just loves to be loved on and would make a great project or a companion.
also last fall she gave me a surprise baby, and she is an excellent mother. after the first couple days, she had no problem with me working with her baby.

Companion horse for rehoming
Last horse on the farm, owned by my grandfather who is having trouble looking after him, as well as himself. They have had Sam for roughly 6years as a companion for their other horse that passed away about 3years ago. Sam would do well with other horses as a great companion where he can be looked after and have company.
He has great potential but sadly no one to train him. He lets you pet him and he will come right up to you for a visit so he is a sweety he just needs the right owner. We do not think Sam has EVER been ridden and he lacks social skills with people, such as walking on a lead, touching his feet and being brushed but with patience this all could be improved.
Age is unclear, could be 15-20years old.
He is very friendly, he just needs someone with patience and experience. Unfortunately he is not a fan of having his feet touched, so for trimmings he needs to be sedated. We think with the right care and some training he could over come this.
He gets spoiled with treats everyday, quality hay and is very much loved, but with the state of my grandpa we are needing to sell the property and unable to fully provide for him.

Paris is aprox. 15.1hh. She is well broke, she w/t/l, direct reins,neck reins, moves off leg. She runs in the 2D/3D last year. She requires a intermediate/ experienced rider since she has more go than woah. I have hauled her to jackpots and gymkanans. She can be ridden alone or in a group, on a trail or in an arena. Regular farrier and veterinary work. She just had hock injections done, needs them yearly. She needs free fed hay and senior feed to keep her weight up especially when riding her lots. She can lose weight easily. She wears a blanket in the winter and a fly sheet in the summer. She is very sweet and well mannered, the first one to meet you at the gate. Good with the farrier, she has shoes. She is easy to catch, tie, bath.

Save the date! Teddy is going up for bidding on Canadian Horses To Move (a Facebook auction page) April 20th.
Teddy is a 2021 grade paint quarter pony gelding.
He stands 13.1 hands and is growing.
He is well started under saddle, he was started last fall and has been rode 3-4 times a week all winter. He’s been hauled to indoors for arena work, and has lots of outside miles.
Toss a rope off him, pull sleds, move cows, ride through hilly/bush country, this gritty, honest little gelding likes having a job and doesn’t mind a challenge. He’s not for beginners or little kids full time, but in the right hands he’d be fine for them for the occasional ride. He is becoming a good solid minded pony.
Located by Oak Lake Manitoba.
Willing to work with buyer if hauling needs to be arranged.

Would make a nice saddle horse or a good ranch stud. He is solid buit, lots of bone and a big hip. Pretty head and a good mind.
Lost an eye to a tree branch, but gets along fine.

Luna is just the right size, 4 years old 13.1hh, with a bit more growing to do. Excellent personality, excellent temperment. She is still a little green but quiet quiet quiet!
Ride her inside or out, no problem. She has gone down the road, through the field, swung a rope off her too. Walk, trot, lope, and a good stop. She is the same every time. AQHA 16 yr old Gelding
14.3-15hh
I have owned this Gelding for a year and unfortunately we are not a match and its time for him to find his forever home!
Since he has been here he has been rode inside and outside of the arena, on the trails, used for a kids lesson program. He has a solid walk, trot, lope. His feet are done every 6 weeks, teeth done last summer, utd on chiro and massage.
He would be best suited for an experienced kid and up. Someone who would like to get into roping or gymkana events. He is quiet, easy to handle, good to catch, good for farrier, middle of the pecking order, can rope on him, has done gymkana. He is more whoa in the arena and has go out in the open. He has speed when working cows and pasture riding can cover ground. He would likely do well with someone who can give him more consistent riding than I can at this time.
