This cabin is located at Brightsand Lake, approximately 8km west of Turtle Lake, about 1 hour north east of Lloydminster. This lake is quiet with seasonal residents occupying the lakeshore community. There is no commercialization here and is an ideal spot for families wanting a low-key vacation.
• Lake is clean and clear with a sand bottom and, shallow for many yards, ideal for smaller children
• Located across the road from the lakefront homes, nice private spot with quick 2 minute access to the beach
• Cabin is fully equipped including linens and kitchen supplies
• Two bedrooms plus a large loft with a queen size pull out sectional and a single cot. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has bunk beds with a double on the bottom
• Two full washrooms
• Large yard with a fire pit and a 12' x 28' deck at the back
• Rental cost is $225/night with a minimum of 4 nights
• Max of 6 persons (this includes children over 2), additional guests up to 8 total at $25/night extra
• Weekly discounted rate is $1400, Damage deposit is $400
• 4 Night minimum rental
• First payment of 1/2 rental price is due on booking with the remainder and damage deposit is due 2 weeks prior to rental date

We have a clean pop-up camper available this summer. We'll haul it to your campsite, set everything up before you arrive, and come back to take it down when you're done.
The camper sleeps up to 6 people and includes a large screened-in canopy area for relaxing out of the bugs.
You book the campsite and bring your own bedding, food, water, and camping gear. We take care of the camper.
Weekend rental: $400
Delivery, setup & pickup: $50
Damage deposit: $500 (refunded after inspection)
