The work would include but not be limited to operating equipment such as tractors, trucks and various other farm machinery. Performing field work such as land preparation, seeding and harvesting. Preparing and maintaining equipment and trucks, and general yard work.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in this field. The candidate should have a minimum of a class 3 driver's licence, but class 1 would be preferred.
This is individual should be able to work independently, has integrity, is punctual, pays attention to detail and is committed to working safely. Must be able to work long hours when needed and under changing weather conditions.
The job is full time from April 1 until November 15, around 45 hrs weekly but higher during busy times like seeding and harvest. We would be willing to train a motivated individual and consider year round employment for the right candidate. Driver's abstract and references may be required.

The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer supports and collaborates with all departments to provide reliability and engineering expertise with a focus on plant maintenance, loss prevention, risk management, and life cycle asset management. You will be responsible for engineering and managing minor modifications to plant systems and/or equipment, providing technical support as required to complete corrective work orders, and supporting the development & implementation of the plant reliability program.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:- Manage technical minor modifications to equipment utilizing the Management of Change (MOC) procedure
- Manage contract engineering services related to modifications and upgrades
- Provide engineering design deliverables for modifying, upgrading, or making emergency changes to equipment as required by operations and/or maintenance teams, in accordance with site MOC procedures and all appropriate codes, standards, guidelines, and specifications
- Provide technical/equipment troubleshooting support to Maintenance and Operations departments as required
- Ensure all assigned work scopes are in compliance with Canadian Electrical Code, Alberta Boilers Safety Association (ABSA), and all other applicable regulations, codes, and standards in Alberta
- Analyze asset performance to identify issues and ensure processes are in place to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems
- Perform robust data-based reliability analysis using statistical modelling, reliability modelling and prediction, fault tree analysis, and Weibull analysis
- Perform equipment failure investigations with key stakeholders and SMEs using appropriate root cause analysis tools as part of Defect Elimination and Bad Actor Programs
- Utilize the Management of Change (MOC) procedure to provide, manage, and execute engineering solutions to equipment failures and other issues that impact plant reliability within their specific engineering discipline
- Maintain the site vulnerability list to ensure vulnerabilities are identified, prioritized and mitigation plans are progressed
- Provide input into risk assessments related to site assets and systems
- Deliver on assigned global initiatives as set by the Global Manufacturing Team (GMT), Global Maintenance Management Team (GMMT), or Global Reliability Team (GRT)
- Provide leadership to Maintenance & Operations Supervisors to identify, analyze, and execute on reliability initiatives set by the Local Reliability Team (LRT) and Site Management Team (SMT)
- Actively participate in the sites behavioural-based safety program by completing safety observations on a weekly basis
To qualify, you will need an undergraduate degree in an engineering discipline, with registration as a practicing Professional Engineer with APEGA, along with the following:- Minimum of 8 years related industrial experience, with at least 5 years in a reliability, maintenance engineering, or facilities engineering role
- Certified Reliability Profession designation (CMRP or CRE) is an asset
- Experience in scoping, designing, and managing minor equipment modifications or small engineering projects in accordance with Management of Change (MOC) processes and industry best practices
- Experience with equipment failure investigations, troubleshooting & root cause analysis
- Experience with reliability analysis/modelling is an asset
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office & CMMS programs

Bilingual Lead Generation Representative

- Are you good at building relationships with new customers while uncovering business needs?

As the Bilingual Lead Generation Representative, you will be supporting our outside sales representatives by developing, qualifying leads and booking appointments. Your persuasive abilities and creative methods will uncover potential new customers by gathering data, identifying future sales opportunities and confirming interest with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new sales opportunities via phone/email and develop rapport with net new client base
- Pro-actively contact all prospects and identify qualified leads
- Acquire client prospecting information, lead nurturing, and customer info regarding expired equipment/buy-out requests
- Screen inbound leads using Marketing Automation software from sources such as website and landing page forms (Canon.ca), and direct phone calls
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for appropriate Outside Sales Representatives and follow-up on actions with sales and service
- Manage prospect lists and generate quality leads by scheduling product demonstrations and invitations to special events
- Update CRM (Salesforce) customer data and record information from new leads and prospects
- Achieve monthly quotas for closed business and Sales Qualified Leads in Salesforce
- Use data mining resources to discover customer trends to uncover new sales opportunities
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Oral and Written communication in French is required.
- Resourcefulness and drive to discover new potential business and meet your call and conversion targets.
- Capability to handle high-volume prospective customer calling, appointment setting, and lead generation
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including the ability to craft exciting emails that pique prospect interest and result in new business
- A high level of professionalism to understand customer issues and identify an appropriate resolution or response
- Strong coachability skills to develop and continuously improve call scripts and take customer notes
- CRM and technical skills to enter data notes and lookup client information in Salesforce or other databases

Hi there! We are a family in Medicine Hat, Alberta, in search of a reliable and caring nanny to join our family. We have an infant and are seeking a full-time nanny to provide attentive care. Services will be required during the weekdays on Monday/Friday 7am-4pm and Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 5:30am-5pm. However times may be subject to slight change depending on my husbands schedule. Ideal candidate will be able to care for baby on occasion starting in the months leading up to so it is an easier transition once we’re both back working.
Our ideal candidate will have experience caring for infants and will be comfortable with meal preparation for the child. Responsibilities
- Provide in-home childcare and home making services to 3 children between the ages of 3-7
- Ensure a secure and compassionate environment
