Hi there my wife and I are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house to rent with our 2 daughters, our dog and cats. We have live in a 4 plex for almost 4 years since we moved here from Saskatchewan. But we would like a house with a yard and a garage. We are hoping to pay around 1500 a month. We don't party, we don't smoke. We take care of our homes as if we owned them ourselves, fixing and keeping up with things that may arise. We can get a good reference from our current landlord.
