We are seeking a Business Development Representative for our company with a passion to make meaningful connections with businesses of various industries. You will be responsible for reporting to the Business Development manager and utilizing your abilities in prospecting, persuasion, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities and enhance your skill set.

Responsibilities
• Prospect, cold call, develop and close new business
• Maintain a strong sales funnel with a focus on activity to ensure sales targets and goals are met.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and market trends
• Participate and collaborate with the sales team for ongoing efforts to meet the organization's business objectives
• Present product information regarding features, benefits, and new product/service offerings to customers
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• B2B sales experience - industrial sales experience is an asset
• A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, professional, and a team player
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other related programs
• Solid track record of sales results
• You must have a passion for sales
