Job Description:Strategic Relationship Manager - Position Description PURPOSE: Create and follow a successful sales strategy to meet/exceed sales/profit targets to assist in achieving the division’s financial/operational goals. To work with department managers to ensure our company successfully gains traction in the staffing market. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct sales activities within the market to ensure our sales department meets revenue goals.Develop new accounts and increase revenue of existing accountsCall on qualified prospects to gather information regarding the needs, current practices, expectations and corporate goals and developing these prospects into clients.Visit client and prospect premises to conduct facility tours to ensure understanding of environment and staffing nuances.Work with the recruitment team at each branch to ensure People Store is leveraging its entire existing infrastructure to generate as much revenue as possible.Work towards set KPI’sQualify orders that are received to ensure the greatest closing ratio possible given our internal resources.Ensure all new prospects and sales activities are entered in to the systemMaintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development and to promote client and employee retention through exemplary customer service.Perform the necessary research utilizing directories, mail lists, telemarketing, cold calling etc. to formulate a target list of qualified prospects within an assigned sales territory.Act as a liaison between People Store and clients to assist in the solving of billing and service problems, if they should arise.Participate in local professional, business and civic organizations to enhance personal development and to promote company recognitionParticipate in quarterly/annual staff performance reviews Perks of the position: Completive base salarySimplified commission payouts based on associate hours worked for temporary placements and a percentage of the invoice for permanent placementsOnsite (key account) signing bonus of up to $5,000!Birthday day offCar allowance per monthSales Rep of the month award and quarter awardsSales Rep of the year award – Weekend getaway paid forPresident club trip for sales quotas met3-year service award5-year service award10-year service award trip Company Description:People Store Staffing Solutions is another company founded by John Nalli.
