Moving this weekend and must sell our 2013 Komfort KM2720. This is a high-end, 34ft rear-lounge model with a large slide-out, priced well below market value for an as-is weekend sale.
The Good:
Endless Komfort 4-Season Package: Built for BC winters with a heated/enclosed underbelly, radiant foil insulation, and vented attic.
Brand New Tires: Installed last fall ($1,000+ value), ready to tow.
Layout: Spacious rear-lounge design with solid surface countertops and a very clean interior.
Towability: Half-ton towable.
The "As-Is" Details (Why the price is so low):
Skylight: There is a crack in the outer skylight dome (see photos). It needs a replacement dome ($150-$250 part). Currently patched, but needs a permanent fix.
Paperwork: This is an Ontario-registered trailer. I have digital proof/photos of the signed ownership, but the original physical papers are currently in transit via Priority Courier from London, ON.
Sale Terms:
Must be gone by Sunday afternoon. Because of the paperwork transit and the skylight, I have dropped the price to $14,900 (these usually list for $18k-$20k). I am open to a deposit/hold-back arrangement until the physical papers arrive mid-week.
