A very hard to find in this very good shape and maintained. im 3rd owner with all records of service from new including new purchase price info . I owned for over 8 years and only used it for 2,000 miles so i had it serviced so everything that was needed was done . New tires new air suspension front and back for thos 2 things was over $8,000 . Oil changed every Year all fuilds upto date. Next rad flush is in 3 years. And 70% brake pads left. 454ci has nearly a full tank of premium fuel gets 14.5 miles per gallon on premium fuel . No air brakes only class 5 to drive. It needs oil changed in May in generatator and motor. Needs washed ever spring and carpets cleaned . So buy before March 15th for $10,000 off the price is 33% off so now only $20,000 . The appraisal is $30,000 so in April ill clean it ,change oils and it will sell for $30,000 in April . Dont miss out im not taking less than asking prices this is a rare find its top of line unit in 1996 50 amp service out door stereo with pull out table 5500. Watt generator with 235 hours . Roof is aluminum so no worries about a rubber roof getting damaged and leaking. Televisions and antenna have been removed but wiring is still in place. Price has been discounted to reflect same. Tons and tons of storage! Couch opens up to a bed. Foot section can be all or partially out, at the low level or even with the couch. Pull the couch further forward and the back drops flat to make a full size, very comfortable bed. Skirt lowers propane and heating costs and makes it much more comfortable in the winter.
