Summer:
Steps away from the water and beautiful sandy beach and shoreline! World Record Walley fishing and great lake for watersports of all kinds. Private dock infront of Cabin and boat launch 1 minute drive. Gorgeous hiking and ATV trails right from the resort.
Accommodations:
- 1,500 square foot cabin (1.5 storeys)
- 4 bedrooms sleeps 10 people on 4 queen beds and 2 single bed (pillows and sheets supplied)
- 2 full bathrooms
- TV with a DVD player and an assortment of movies
- Full kitchen with all cookware, utensils, and some basic spices
- Tap water is potable and is tested annually
- Crib is setup and additional playpen available
- Propane BBQ and fire pit with wood included
- Attached garage to warm up your sleds and dry out your winter gear
- Steps away from playground
Not included:
- Blankets for beds
- Bath Towels
There is no maid service so you will be required to leave the cabin in a reasonable state of cleanliness. A $400 security/damage/cleaning deposit is required prior to checkin along with the final balance. The security/damage/cleaning deposit is fully refundable if you strip the bedding, do the dishes, vacuum the floors, take out the garbage before you leave and there is no damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. Basically, "Leave it the way you found it" and make your mother proud.
Must be 25 or older and photo ID is required upon booking. Check in 3PM & out is 11AM unless otherwise arranged. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking. Remaining balance due one week prior to check in.

Welcome to Turtle Bay Cabin! A private boat in residence Just 20 minutes from the Manitoba/Ontario Boarder Turtle bay is a peaceful and quaint island getaway located on in the Clearwater Bay District on the renowned waters of Ontario’s breathtaking Lake of The Woods. The location is ideal and one of a kind in the fact that you are minutes by boat from the Clearwater bay government landing and in the heart of world class fishing of all species of fish. The property location is facing south west, and Turtle Bay itself is 1 mile long by 1/2 mile wide. There are 6 private residences in the bay with our own personal cabin located on the adjacent property to Turtle Bay vacation rental. The Rental cabin can comfortably host a maximum of 4 adults or 6 guests including children and is optimal for a family or small group of avid fisherman looking for an idealistic retreat to relax after a great day navigating the waters of LOTW. The Camp sits on one acre of land with 180' of prime water frontage with a combination of both rock and sand beach. Depending on annual water levels there is a seasonal average of 6' at the end of the dock. Two Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP), as well as a pedal boat and canoe are available for guest use. The island property is over 3 square miles with a handful of hiking trails beginning footsteps from the Camp doorway. The Camp was completely renovated as an open concept build in 2020 with 1300 sq feet of comfortable modern living space. There are 3 bedrooms, master with king bed, second room with queen bed, and a bunk room with a single over double (bunk bed) . There are 2 bathrooms, Great/Living room, fully stocked essentials kitchen and laundry room. Outdoor amenities include outdoor shower nestled in the forest (Described as the shower Oasis by our guests) as well as an outdoor Biffy/Outhouse.
