Course Content:
Psychological First Aid (PFA) is about taking care of yourself – your thoughts, feelings, and emotions when you have experienced stress, crisis, or trauma – and then being there for family, friends, and community when they are having difficulty coping.
Learn how to anticipate stress and crisis whenever possible and equip yourself with the skillset to practice self-care and to provide care for others during particularly challenging times. Unlike mental health first aid, which trains people to help someone during a mental health emergency, Red Cross Psychological First Aid teaches you how to build up resiliency to stress and establish coping strategies for stress and trauma.
This course is designed for anyone seeking a certification in Psychological First Aid. We highly recommend this course for people working with those with mental health conditions, those with family members who have experienced trauma, those who’ve experienced trauma and wish to find more resources, and for any group looking for an excellent team building and morale boosting experience for their workplace. This more substantive and flexible curriculum helps you gain a deeper understanding of the Red Cross Look, Listen, Link, Live model – this means having awareness that there is a problem, listening to yourself or others, and linking to resources in your community so you can live fully.
You will also learn Psychological First Aid using the principle of Do No Harm, which refers to the unintentional harm that may be caused to those who are meant to benefit from your intervention.
This course is provided as an in-person classroom format (12 hours) or as a blended online and in-person classroom format (90 minutes online and seven hours in class). The time spent in class gives you and your fellow learners the opportunity to connect with the instructor, who will help you adapt the course to your needs and local context. The instructor guides all learners safely through the course material.
This also gives you the opportunity to learn Psychological First Aid as a group, alongside peers and classmates, building upon one another’s ideas, questions, and examples.
The course uses case-based learning and includes the latest evidence from the international community.Payment options: (KCM will be sending you an official receipt of your purchase)

Hello everyone :)
My name is Stephanie and I've been studying cards for over 5 years. My education and practice is ongoing, and I've just completed an 8 month journey through Oracle School.
Oracle cards are a great way to get guidance and insight on so many topics and issues in our lives. I use cards everyday and I've experienced incredible magic with them, and I've been guided to new understand and insights by using them.
My reading style is interactive. We are going to have an open conversation. I'm not here to preach to you, tell you what to do, or what you should do - I'm here to help you discover your own truth. I'm not a predictive reader - no fortune telling here! But of course we can always look at probable outcomes.
I'm offering readings for those interested in their own evolution. For example, I'm not interested in reading for anyone if your only question is "when is my soul mate going to show up?" However, if you want to know what you need to work on emotionally and spiritually in order to manifest the best match, then that is the type of reading I am excited about :)
I live in Moncton west end. I offer readings in person in my home, or outside in my backyard.
As an introductory special, the first 5 bookings for mini readings will be $15 each, and will be $20 each after the first 5. Sessions will last between 15-20 minutes. It's a good time frame for one or two questions.
Longer sessions can be booked if you have more than one or two questions or want a more in-depth exploration of topics. $55/hr. (not subject to any introductory rate)
Payment can be made my cash or etransfer.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask through this ad's contact form.
I look forward to being your Oracle Guide!
(Apologies, as I cannot seem to post anything in the Services category)

What are people saying?
Of all the other Classes I've taken over the years, Omni was the best! I would highly recommend it to all my co-workers and anybody else who requires a First Aid!;
Great course, great facility, great instructors and effective practice scenarios. I have taken many, many first aid courses over the years. This was my first time with Omni, and it one was one of the best courses I have ever taken.
