THE LILY PAD is located on the South Island of Caye Caulker, Belize. Just 5 minutes from the main town area and 10 minutes from the popular "Split & Lazy Lizard" area. It is only a short walk from the village, yet far enough away to enjoy real peace and quiet. We are not directly on the Beach or Waterfront but it is never a long way to go to get there as the Island is only 1KM wide. The neighborhood is very safe and the Cottage was completed in March 2019 so it is a brand new cottage with lots of amenities. 2 (5 Gallon) Jugs of water are included, as well as A/C in both bedrooms, ceiling fans throughout the House, and 2 large floor fans as well. A full-size fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are also at your disposal. We offer a complimentary pick-up service from the Ferry terminal or Airstrip to get you and your luggage to our cottage and 4 complimentary Bicycles are provided for our guests as well. There are currently 56 Golf cart taxi services on the Island or you can choose to rent your own Golf Cart while you are here. We do not cover the return taxi trip but if you let us know the time of check-out and when you need to depart, we will arrange the taxi pick-up for you.

This ground level condo (850 sq. ft.) is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and several other amenities. It is a 5 minute drive to the Cape Coral Harbour and Marina. It's a 25 minute drive from the SW Florida International Airport and I-75. A 15 minute drive will get you to Fort Myers, and a half hour to the Fort Meyers Beaches. Venice Beach, known for it's crystal blue waters, is an hour drive. Orlando and Miami are approximately a 3 hour drive from Cape Coral.
This property is clean, reasonably priced and stocked with everything you should need to make yourselves at home. It includes telephone (all calls to the US and CAN are free), Wifi, and Comcast cable. There is a High efficiency front load washer and dryer in the condo as well. The kitchen is fully equipped. Our guests also have access to linens, towels, an iron and ironing board.
The condo is also available from April 2 to May 1 for $1380.00 USD. A deposit is required to hold your booking. *Note: This amount includes a $100.00 damage deposit which will be refunded to you upon inspection of the condo.

Medano Beach is 5-6 minutes walk away. It is a vast expanse of white sand beach offering the best swimming in Cabo San Lucas. Amazing beachfront restaurants - The Office, Sandbar, Omega, Mango Deck, Tabasco’s - makes the beach a destination all day or all night. The beach offers a full array of activities (jet skis, glass bottom boats, water taxis, para sailing). It is also perfect for long walks and viewing of cruise ships moored in the bay or a great view of the world famous rock formation “El Arco” at Lands End.TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to and from the airport can be arranged through our Property Manager at an additional cost. Pick-up includes a stop for supplies at Walmart or Costco (bring your card).Taxis are typically available on Luxury Avenue, just steps away, near the entrance to the Marina Fiesta Resort. Due to the proximity of the condo to downtown, the Marina and the beach, you can walk everywhere, no car required.
Groceries: If you require additional groceries during your stay, City Club is a 10 minute walk away. Often called a Mexican Costco, City Club offers a variety of products including meat, produce, beer, wine, etc.
ACTIVITIES
As mentioned, there is a never ending list of things to do in Cabo San Lucas, all within walking distance from the condo! Marina, beach, water sports, fishing, shopping, hiking, relaxing. It’s all here!
If you wish to explore further afield, San Jose de Cabo is a 20-25 minute bus ride away. Downtown has an historic Mission and a public square surrounded by art studios, restaurants and shops. Don’t miss the Art Walk on Thursdays.MUST DO ACTIVITIES IN CABO SAN LUCAS
We recommend the following during your stay:The BEST VIEW of Medano Bay, Lands End and El Arco is from the Baja Brewery on the top floor of the Cachet Beach Club (formerly Cabo Villas). The beer is the best in Cabo, the food is consistently good, and the view is outstanding. 5 minute walk from the condo. Tell Manny that Al and Peg sent you!
Dinner cruise on the Cabo Rey. All the cruises are worthwhile, but our preference is the Cabo Rey with an upgrade to the private front deck. Great service from the private bartender and great views of the coast, Lover’s Beach, Lands End, El Arco. Not to be missed.
