This gorgeous, clean, well-maintained house has a heated swimming pool, lanai, and is centrally located around gulf beaches, golf courses, and fantastic shopping. The house is on the border of Palm Harbor and Dunedin, only a 4-minute drive to Gulf of Mexico (Dunedin Causeway, Honeymoon Island State Beach, Caledesi Island). Great for snowbirds. Our 2019 Solitude 5th wheel trailer features two bedrooms. A master suite with King Bed and full bathroom. A second bedroom with pull out couch, and multiple bunks with a bathroom and private entrance. Main room features an open kitchen, residential fridge, pantry, fireplace, leather lazy boy seats, and entertainment centre and built in inside and outside speaker system, dining table and Kitchen Island. Outside on the trailer is a built- in bar fridge, sink, and BBQ grill set with a patio furniture set.Our lot and trailer are available from November 1 2024 to April 15 2025. Park Model in a 55+ Adult Community called Orangewood Shadows RV Resort in Mesa Arizona. This park model is very comfortable. The park is very friendly, very clean and very well manicured and maintained. The management takes great pride in the appearance of the park and keeps it well maintained. The park does not allow pets. The park model has all the required needs, fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge, stove, microwave, bedding for the queen bed and the hide-a-bed pull out in the front room, television, internet can be activated for wi-fi, barbecue outside on the patio, outdoor table and chairs. shed, covered car pad and patio area. There are also 2 orange trees on the property. It is available on a monthly basis and preferably consecutive months in a row at US$2000.00 per month. The electrical bill, internet and TV cable, if you so choose, are the only added expenses and is your responsibility.
