Looking to fill vacancies at our West Tower Bakery, Gambo & Chatman's Bakery, Charlottetown
$16.35 per hour to start for a minimum of 30 hours per week
The work setting is a Large volume bakery
Responsibilities include: Preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders; Bake mixed dough and batters; Prepare special orders; Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards; Inspect kitchen and food service areas; Operate machinery; Package products; and Perform general labouring duties.
