Inside Sales and Support Specialist

Our client, is a leading company specialized in the engineering and manufacturing of parts and components or jet engine, gas turbines, steam turbines expanders and turbochargers for the Aerospace, Energy, Oil & Gas and Marine markets.
They are looking for proactive customer oriented passionate sales support professional to join their team
Advantages
• Base Salary 50 K

Responsibilities
• Attend daily Planning meeting
• Monitor, acknowledge, and maintain customer portals
• Communicate customer activities to the President and Director of Materials
• Enter / review customer PO’s, establish Sales Orders in NAV (identify discrepancies), customer purchase order management
• Ensure timely and through responses / inquiries to customers both external and internal
• Collaborate in conjunction with Engineering Dept, quote follow up, maintain quote backlog
• Support Sales representatives
• Respond to Customer Service calls
• Quote activities
Qualifications
• High School or Trade School Certificate preferred
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies
• Ability to work within a team environment to support team goals
