No hydro, No septic, natural spring for water, build from ground up raw land. Long Driveway off municipality road.
Looking for another family who wants to help develop the land making it our own sanctuary with walking trails, horse boarding, ecological pool, milling, outdoor kitchen, herbal teas, welding and construction workshop, live off the land diy projects, legalities can be worked out.
