To continue my career in this field, I am currently pursuing a degree in Integrated Mathematics and Computer Science at Ontario Tech University.
With roughly two years of tutoring experience, my approach is to help all students thoroughly understand concepts, rather than just memorize formulas or techniques. I believe that this is a key to long-term success in any subject. To achieve this, I use a variety of teaching methods and resources in my lessons. I also encourage my students to ask questions and actively participate in the learning process, this helps them develop a deeper understanding of the subject and makes the learning process more enjoyable.
Knowing that there are different learning styles, I make an effort to tailor my lessons to individual needs. Hello parents and students,
My name is Ali, an Ontario Tech University student, working as a full-time online tutor.
I am currently offering sessions for summer break, to help prepare for the school year to come.
Hourly rates range from $20 to $30, depending on the amount of time requested (The first session being a trial).
Breakdown:
Standard Rate: $30/h
Minus $5/hr for 3 or more sessions per week
Minus $5/hr for sessions that are 2 hours or longerThe bulk of my tutoring experience is Math related, but I do offer services in a variety of subjects (Physics, Sciences, English, etc.).
My approach is to help students understand and master material, rather than just memorize formulas or techniques. I believe that this is a key to long-term success in any subject.
To achieve this, I use a variety of teaching methods and resources in my lessons. This might include interactive investigations, problem-solving exercises, or visual aids such as diagrams or graphs. I also encourage my students to ask questions and actively participate in the learning process, this helps them develop a deeper understanding of the subject and makes the learning process more enjoyable.
Knowing that there are different learning styles, I make an effort to tailor my lessons to individual needs and learning styles. For example, if a student is more visual, I might use more diagrams and graphs in my lessons, while if a student is more hands-on, I might use more interactive activities or problem-solving exercises.
Overall, my goal as a tutor is to share my knowledge and expertise in a way that helps learners succeed.

If your looking to get off grid for whichever reason you can pick from this day and age my wife and I are looking for the right person or family that can pitch in one way or another in this type of lifestyle. We're on 160 acres of forested land with no city amenities. There would be a lot of wood you would have to clear to make a livable lot but that would give you all the materials needed to make a log home or whatever you can figure out to live in. The amount of rent can be negotiated but what we're looking for is some help out here. The more help the less rent type thing. A general handyperson and a gardener would be some of the qualities we could use a hand with. To be totally clear, there is no hydro, no water and no sewage. All things you would have to figure out yourself like we did. This is not for the weak willed. It's cheaper living but you have to invest alot of time and energy around the house but it's definitely a more fulfilling life. No antidepressants required lol. We can be reached @7054929708. You can contact us through Kijiji but we might not get back to you right away. We're located in Warren, about halfway between North bay and Sudbury. If you have any questions please feel free to text for a quicker response.

Hello parents and students,
My name is Ali, an Ontario Tech University student, working as a full-time online tutor.
Best wishes,
Ali Rizvi
