Located in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood, backing onto a HUGE green space, great for a family with children. It gives the feeling of a very large back yard. This lot has 50 amp power, water and sewer, a fire pit in the yard for roasting wieners, or marshmallows, or just enjoying a bonfire.
The unit must me less than 10 yrs old, based on the MFG sticker, at the time it's placed on the lot.
