Waterfront Cottage Rental

Situated 4 hours from the GTA, this newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage is situated right at the waterfront of the Wahnapitae River., a mere 2 minute drive off of HWY 17.

You’re only a 10 minute drive to Coniston that has 2 restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery, Beer, liquor store & Timmie's along with a 9 hole golf course. Drive another 10 minutes and you’re in Sudbury and can visit Science North & Dynamic Earth.

This cabin has two private bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. The couch is a pull out that can accommodate 2 more people at an additional cost of $30/night/person.

The cabin has everything you’ll need … right down to your drinking water being supplied. The attached deck has a screened in gazebo with a table & 6 chairs and a BBQ for your use.
All cooking utensils, pots/pans/dishes, etc … along with all bedding & towels are provided.

We have a sandy beach that is great for young children to play on. We have canoes & kayaks for your use, along with lifejackets of all sizes.

We have a large fire pit and a sauna for your use, and we sell wood on site.

Of note, we are dog friendly … as long as your dog is and is *not* destructive.

Rent is $1,000.00 per week + tax, based on 4 person occupancy. Nightly cost is $200 + tax/night.
