We are renting two rooms in Hamptons NW, Calgary, AB.
-Currently, the room-B is available now, and the room-A is available after July 4th.
-Long-term stay for 3 months or more will be welcomed.
-Each room has a single bed/desk/chair/wide closet, and shares a bathroom and a shower room.
-The homestay fee will be $650/month for the room-B, and $700/month for the room-A. (We don’t offer any meals.)
-The deposit will be $650 (room-B), and $700(room-A). The deposit will be returned when moving out on the due date.
You will have to pay both the monthly fee and the deposit in advance when you get into a mutual agreement and move into the room.
-The monthly fee includes Electricity, Water, Washer, and Wireless Internet. No additional fee at all.
-If you want to cook for yourself with your own food, you don't have to pay any additional fees when using the kitchenette. (We have fully equipped home appliances, including a large refrigerator, cooker, toaster, dishes, and utensils, suitable for homestay guests.)

-Close to the bus stop (1 minute's walking distance), and easily connecting to the C-train to downtown and everywhere with a pass ticket.

All amenities of the hotel, such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness Centre and sauna are available to timeshare occupants at no extra cost. There are on-site restaurants, boutique shops, and covered parking. The Lake City Casino is located in the complex. The hotel is connected to an extensive boardwalk that runs along Waterfront Park and includes a nature trail, a sandy beach, a kid's water park, a skateboard park, tennis courts, lawn bowling, soccer oval and outdoor entertainment stage. It is a short walk to downtown with excellent restaurants and a short drive to many golf courses, wineries, and orchards.

You’re only a 10 minute drive to Coniston that has 2 restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery, Beer, liquor store & Timmie's along with a 9 hole golf course. Drive another 10 minutes and you’re in Sudbury and can visit Science North & Dynamic Earth.
This cabin has two private bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. The couch is a pull out that can accommodate 2 more people at an additional cost of $30/night/person.
The cabin has everything you’ll need … right down to your drinking water being supplied. The attached deck has a screened in gazebo with a table & 6 chairs and a BBQ for your use.
All cooking utensils, pots/pans/dishes, etc … along with all bedding & towels are provided.
