This is a 55+ resident owned mobile home park (Grosse Pointe Estates) that is seconds away from Largo Mall. it is only 10-15 minutes to Indian Rocks beach.
The unit is fully furnished with all amenities. A/C, Washer/Dryer, BBQ, and more. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes and toothbrush. There is no smoking allowed in the unit. One can smoke outside, but NOT inside. TV, WIFI internet included. One applicant must be at least 55. please call 647-892-7277 to discuss more in detail.
