1968/69 Volvo 144S. B18 motor, disc brakes all around, dual SU carbs, automatic, original AM radio, new fibreglass front fenders, new non-professional paint,but still nice, in original Volvo cherry red, good interior, new carpet, 3 point seat belts in front, bucket front seats with headrests, brake light rear window, new flex brake lines, new emergency brake cable, new pads and shoes, all controls, lights and gauges work and original NIKE jack and original spare tire in trunk(were they thin then).
Just installed new tie rod, tie rod ends, both steering rods, sway bar links, control arm bushings with alignment. Steering box rebuilt.
Some metal work in trunk wheel wells.
Extra set of exterior trim,spare clear windshield, 4 extra Volvo pinwheel rims, no centre caps. New tires, date code 20/21. Spray can of Volvo red #46 included.
Proper adjustment of kick down cable fixed automatic shudder previously noted.
Surprisingly solid car. As shown in pictures, door sills are solid, don't think any work done here. Car was undercoated so seems very solid underneath. No cracks in dash, looks great.
This motor with the SU carbs has good power. Great if you want to vintage rally it. Pick up a 4 speed tranny without the overdrive and go have fun. They were regularly rallied back then. Or just enjoy regular drives.

This 1967 Thunderbird has been in a private collection for the past 10+ years with minimal use. Originally an Ontario car, the car spent many years in the second owner's collection in British Columbia before being returned to Ontario in 2013.

Interior is a combination of vinyl upholstery with a cloth centre section for the cushions. Floor is dark beige carpet.
The chrome and brushed aluminum in the interior remains in excellent condition. The roof (interior) has a centre console with indicator lights. The rear 'parcel shelf' is in very clean condition.
The centre console is vinyl-covered with chrome/aluminum trim that goes all the way to the rear seat and is in extremely good condition.
All controls knobs and levers are in near-new condition. The glove box door in brushed aluminum is in excellent condition. Both sun visors are in good condition. The swing-a-way steering column is also in working condition.
The trunk interior is original and shows minimal signs of use. Spare tire is believed to be the original, factory-delivered spare; never been used.
Under hood trim pad is original and in very good condition.
Some exterior chrome and aluminum showing signs of age but still in very good condition.
The engine bay is clean.
The low-mileage car is in pretty much corrosion-free condition and needs a new home with someone who will appreciate and properly care for it.Driver's front fender was repaired some years ago and now showing signs of finish deterioration.
Cloth interior showing some signs of staining but no rips or tears. One power window has stopped working and I have not investigated the cause yet.
Functional sequential turn signals and headlight doors.
New fuel line, transmission filter and fluid October 2022.

This truck was used as a cattle truck. Box still rises like a dump truck. Because it was a commercial vehicle, it was inspected every year. Parked 3yrs ago and before that, it had $5000 worth of brake work, new clutch. 5 speed manual, two speed rear end. Engine is either a 360 V8 or 390 V8 that has been rebuilt by previous owner. Truck runs and drives, there is a leak on driver side break line and brake booster is not working, can be driven forward and reverse on flat ground to see that it does drive. 1985 Chevy c10 truck is in pretty good shape does have some flaws. 2 door short box 2wd with a 454 big block in it. Everything has been replaced in the last few years. Yes, 24k is the original mileage! This '68 Newport sat in a field for 35 years in Alberta before finding its way to Ontario. The 383 2 bbl big block sings and rumbles, the Torqueflite 3 speed leaks, but is strong and shifts through all 3 gears perfectly! The power steering is the definition of easy, 1 finger power steering even though it will also leave drips on the ground. The cooling system is brown but i have been running cleaner through it which is improving it, i have sat in traffic with it though with no problems! rad has almost no bent fins! The power drum brakes work fantastically! The gas tank was very dirty inside. I cleaned it, put it back and have been running double filters to finish off what i missed, just switched to a single filter as it is working. The interior was eaten by mice except the vinyl, the body and frame from the middle forward is perfect, rust free, amazing, i didn't know classic cars could be that good! from the middle back is however not quite as perfect. it has typical rust in the trunk corners, but barely any, and of course the dents on the sides. body guys have told me they'd have no problem fixing those, not sure if it was bragging or truth though, i'm not a body work expert. the chrome is damn near perfect. there are some electrical things which don't work, but some do, like the heating system, and the front and rear defrost. Paint is original and really shines up after some polishing! rims and tires are new as well! i have new carpet for it, lots of minor components in the trunk as well. Don't bother bringing a trailer you can drive it home, or i will deliver for asking price (within a reasonable distance and only after a deposit). asking price being a meagre $8,000 (obo i guess) not interested in trades, selling because i have 3 cars and 2 parking spaces

Had a Jeep expert look over the car and these are a few things he had to say about it...
"Here are the things that stood out to me about the condition of the Jeep that the right buyer will appreciate..
The floors are 90% original with only some minor patching on the drivers side. All 3 original seats are in excellent condition with very minor signs of wear, the dash is excellent and everything in the interior is complete and in way above average condition.
The body is complete and solid, it's been protected with "WP Warrior Products" body armour and the doors have been replaced with "Bestop" tube half doors with the black diamond pocket enclosures..
Mechanically everything is intact and in working order. This is low km for the 2.5ltr 4 cylinder engine, it has the original Dana 30 and 35 axles with the factory installed 4:11 gear ratios..
This Jeep is a excellent candidate for a restoration that represents the factory year model offering If zombies or Jurassic park aren't your thing."

Lowered Price. Asking 17900.
1940 Ford DeLuxe 4 door sedan. Restored about 8 years ago. Traveled about 5200 miles since frame off restoration.
Body has had a new floor properly welded into place. Everything else is original Ford steel. Paint is not perfect. Fenders and doors have touch ups to create a well maintained but not new appearance. The body was painted before being reunited with the frame.
Interior is a LeBaron Bonney kit. Properly installed. The shadows in the photos make it look like there is staining. No stains, everything is excellent.
Undercarriage is restored to stock. Tires are newer reproduction bias ply. Lots of tread, no cracks or scuffs. Mounted on early 50's Ford rims. Tires are tubeless. Brakes are new. New cylinders, drums, shoes, lines, etc.
Engine is a 1950 Ford block. Built with a Mercury crank, Offenhauser heads (original, not repros), Weiand intake, Stromberg 48 carbs (very similar to 97s without the cost) Mallory electronic distributor. GM one wire alternator. I think the headers are Fenton. Properly rebuilt, not a hap hazard rebuild. Electric fans and an aluminum rad. Never any heat issues.
Transmission is an original 3 speed column shift. Differential is stock 1940 Ford.
Wiring is Painless 21 circuit.
Lots more I can say, but best to call and talk to me. Come over, look at it, go for a drive. I can put it up on my hoist to see underneath easier.

This seems to be not well known but these were GMC’s answer to the Chevy SS 454 only with a 350 smallblock. Same body colour bumper, sport mirrors etc.
Lowered using a Belltech kit.

4 speed auto I think it is the 460l not th400The Good: Everything is the front end has been replaced. Steering is super tight – no typical “slop”.

Body is very good overall. Some blemishes in the paint but no rust.
Interior is very good as well – Except the dash is cracked and needs a carpet.

The car does run and drive. Was on the road legal and safe up until last fall. It’s not show room perfect, but it’s not a jalopy either.

The bad (that I know of)
- will need new doors (can buy complete doors online from Dixie Monte Carlo), the outter and inner door skins have become separated on the bottom.
- the seam in the truck where the trunk floor pan meets the rear wheel well needs a small patch (1/4” wide x 5” long or so)
- the number two spark plug needs to have the threads extracted, tapped and a new plug installed.
- rear brake line or wheel cylinder needs to be replaced.
- opened it up at storage today and a mouse or two have moved into trunk ….nothing appears chewed or damaged…just mild mouse smell.
