The Opportunity:
The Parts Personnel is responsible for ordering stock and non-inventory parts from vendors as requested and providing prompt customer service to our mechanics. This role also monitors and corrects any discrepancies with the parts room inventory and organizes incoming stock from vendors.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review parts requests and provide vehicle repair parts to Mechanics
- Locate required parts through in-house inventory or order through appropriate vendors
- Document parts ordered and delivered in the work order system
- Receive incoming parts and supplies from vendor and process vendor invoices
- Work with outgoing parts and supplies that require return to the vendor and complete the appropriate paperwork
- Maintain and organize the tool room
- Label, stock and organize parts and supplies in the Parts room
- Package and ship parts/supplies to various Challenger locations
- Maintain, clean and ensure that the Parts room is kept organized (maintain 5S program)
- Perform routine inventory cycle counting as required
- Monitor and maintain inventory integrity
- Test and clean vehicle satellite components and send defective or damaged equipment to Shaw for repair
- Performing other maintenance duties as required
What You Need To Be Successful In This Role:
- Secondary School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of Parts counter experience required (Truck or Automotive)
- Parts Person Red Seal certification or working towards is an asset
- Truck and/or trailer parts knowledge is considered an asset

Job Description:Job Summary: The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for the electrical design, development, and calculations of assigned manufacturing projects related to relay panels, control buildings, and medium voltage switchgears. Supervisory Responsibilities: Leads the electrical engineering staff.Trains/mentors the electrical engineering staff.Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.Develops and implements an efficient key performance indicator (KPI) process.Provides input for performance evaluations of the electrical engineering staff.Participates in the hiring of electrical engineering staff. Duties/Responsibilities: Applies knowledge of Electrical engineering principles to design for manufacturability productsReviews customer specifications to create drawings and bills of materials for assigned projects within budget, including the selection of partsWorks with customers to understand requirements for the project, specification/design questions, and clarifications.Generates detailed substation control house wiring drawings based on customer-supplied guidance schematic.Coordinates design/review of control house distribution projects with utility & EPC companies.
