We are looking for a full-time nanny for our 10-month-old son starting in May or June 2024. This is a live-out position based in Perth, ON. Mother is on-site working remotely, so can provide support or guidance if needed. Our ideal caregiver is someone who is attentive, patient, and committed to helping our child learn and grow.
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. No weekends or holidays.
Compensation: From $17/hour (negotiable)
Duties:
• Preparing meals and bottles, feeding baby
• Changing diapers and removing trash when bin is full.
• Following nap routine
• Engaging in age-appropriate activities
• Light housekeeping, including tidying up after child, and occasional laundry
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 year of experience
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pathways to Independence is seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist to join our Clinical Services Team. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Therapist (CT) works as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team to promote client-centered care through individual, couple and group interventions aimed to optimize health, emotional and social outcomes. With a trauma-informed lens, and an emphasis on the Social Determinants of Health, the incumbent will conduct comprehensive assessments of complex adults and will employ a variety of treatment modalities to promote adaptive functioning, inclusion, and psychological resilience. The Clinical Therapist will develop and deliver training and education to employees; evaluate individual and program outcomes; and collaborate with a variety of service providers to improve clinical trajectories. - To provides day to day services and support to individual residents to offer a warm and safe environment, ensuring comfort and well-being of residents are met;
- To support with safe lifts and transfers of residents;

- To communicate with supervisor about problems related to resident care and/or safety;
- To handle tactfully and courteously with residents, residents families and reports any concerns/complaints to the supervisor;
- To participate in the orientation process for residents, students, volunteers and care staff;
- To actively participate in ongoing educational opportunities and transmits information to the rest of the care staff;
- To maintain resident/resident information confidentiality;
- To uphold and promote the organizations values and philosophy relating particularly to ethics, morality, and integrity as set out in Reveras Code of Conduct;
- To complete all other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications- High School Diploma;
- Working towards completing Personal Support Worker program (or provincial equivalent certificate program) or any other healthcare program nice to have;
- Volunteer/Working experience with seniors in the community health services setting nice to have;
- Ability to model warm, caring and empathetic communication style when connecting with residents, families and peers;
- Strong and personable communication skills;
- Demonstrated desire to work in a service driven environment and through customer focus skillset.

Responsibilities:
Mowing turf, bunker maintenance, course set-up, etc.
Preparing the golf course for play everyday.
Maintain the golf course clean and free of debris.
Operate equipment and power tools, including utility vehicles, mowers and tractors.
Operation of irrigation system and hand watering.
Requirements:
Ability to work early mornings (5:00 AM).
Available to work required weekends and holidays.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physically capable of completing required tasks.
Ability to complete tasks with particular attention to detail.
Previous Golf Course/Landscape experience is considered an asset but not required, training is provided with or without experience.
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to arrive at work for 5:00 AM shifts.

Looking for a driller's helper to work with our drilling company. This is a labour-intensive job, and a license is required to drive a pick-up truck. Experience towing large trailers and equipment is necessary as well. There is heavy lifting and repetitive movements.
Weekends may be requested/rotation work. Most of the work is on the road. Knowledge of construction sites is an asset; steel toe boots are required.
Clean driving history (within 5 years) is a must for drivers.
Labours don’t have to have a drivers license within 5 years, but still needs to be a clean abstract.
