I have a room for rent in a quiet two bedroom house. It’s me and my husband. We do have a dog and cat so no pets preferred. Shared kitchen, bathroom, back yard and front. Nothing fancy or spectacular at this point. My daughter was in that room but moved her to the master bedroom! We are both smokers that does not bother us, but may bother non smokers. Husband does drink so if that is an issue I’m sure you can look on! Anything else just ask away. Pretty easy going couple, I’m currently going through treatments so not really into partying people! Prefer rent to be paid on the 1st of every month but we can discuss all that fancy stuff after wards.
