My name is Josh Cook and I'm a Toronto-based music production/composition teacher with over 15 years experience.
I offer lessons both virtually and in-person. In-person lessons can take place either at the students home or my studio, but currently most of my students are taking virtual lessons.

I studied jazz piano in my undergraduate degree, and prior to that studied classical piano through the Royal Conservatory of Music. I also have a Masters of Arts with a focus on digital music composition.
As a keyboardist/music producer I have plenty of experience playing in bands, composing solo piano works, and creating music for film and video games. I also produce electronic music under my stage name 'Seizures Palace' and have worked on various hip-hop projects in the past. My approach to musid production is a hybrid between digital aesthetics and analog applications, giving a full sound to even the most simple arrangements.
