Furnished 3 bedroom suite with 2 full baths available within large century home for month to month rental until May 30th. Suite is private with private entrance located 10 minutes north of Kensington in Darnley; 20 minutes outside of Summerside. There is another suite on the other side of the house with their own private entrance. Inside doors between units are locked to separate units and you will sometimes hear the other tenants. We ask that you please be respectful of the other tenants and keep quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
2 queen beds and 2 single beds are available in the suite. Sheets and bedding are not supplied. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The family room allows space to sit and relax with large couch and large TV.
The Small kitchen is just off the family room. It has a sink, 10 cubic Ft. fridge, 2 induction plates for cooking and all the dishes you will need. No dishwasher or full oven. There is also a microwave, kettle, blender and large counter top toaster oven. (can roast a chicken in it if wanted)
Internet is set up, but not included in rent. Heat and electricity are not included in rent and will be charged separately. The home is heated by oil and has the option to heat with wood as well as a heat pump.

The Beach House offers a spacious kitchen and dining area with amazing lake views, a cozy living room and games area with wrap around windows, 4 tranquil bedrooms (sleeps up to 10 people) and an upgraded bathroom.
Spend time out on the front deck barbecuing and soaking up the sun, or choose to enjoy the ample amount of beach available, either at the lower beach near the water or the upper beach closer to the deck. The waterfront has a shallow sand entry, which is a favourite among kids and adults alike. If jumping into the water is more your style, we also offer a dock system with plenty of length to get your speed up before your impressive cannonball. Or to dock your boat.
We offer you an aluminum canoe with paddles to tour the lake and explore the first tunnel, a patio set and loungers to relax on after a long day of summertime fun and a lakeside firepit is available for cooking all those delicious summertime s'mores! (Renters responsible for their own firewood).
The Beach House is equipped with 2 air conditioners, as well as baseboard heat throughout the cabin, so it will be just the right temperature, regardless of the weather. We also provide satellite TV for those who wish to watch the game, stay up-to-date with the news, or to distract the kids on those rainy days!
The Beach House is a family-oriented cabin, with many other families on the bay, so NO PARTIES please!

We have just had a cancellation for the week of Sunday, August 21 and onward. The cottage is an open concept style at beautiful Amethyst Harbour, Shuniah Township, just outside of Thunder Bay Ontario. It features three bedrooms, one washroom, a dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, linens, front and back decks, and a lake side fire pit. There is a playground and walking trails nearby, as well, there is a variety store for your convenience short distance away with a restaurant and laundry facilities.
Availability is as follows.
Wednesday, June 21 to Sunday, June 26.
Sunday, August 21 and onward.
$1250 per week with a $100 cleaning fee.
