This two bedroom, two bathroom end unit is located in the prestigious Ocean Sands Condominiums facility in Madeira Beach, Florida. The facility is quiet, well maintained, and family- or adult-friendly.
This is a north tower, north end unit with side windows that provide a sweeping view of the Gulf of Mexico and the intracoastal waterway. The side windows provide an enhanced view of the sunsets and beach area.
The unit is 1200 square feet (111 square metres) and provides plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying time at the beach.
The kitchen provides a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, Keurig, kettle, blender, toaster, and a side bar for quick dining.
The dining area includes a full-size dining room table with chairs and a side window view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The laundry room provides a full-size washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
The living area includes a couch, love seat, reclining chair, cable TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto the 30 foot balcony overlooking the white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
The master bedroom includes a King sized bed with extra pillows, cable TV, a walk-in closet, hair dryer, and a full-sized bathroom with two sinks, a separate toilet and bath room with a new tiled walk-in shower. Direct access to the 30 foot balcony is by sliding glass doors.
The second bedroom sleeps three persons on one Queen and one Twin bed, has a full size closet, and cable TV. Adjacent to the second bedroom is a three-piece bathroom.
Chairs and tables are provided for the balcony and some beach toys are available in the balcony storage room. Beach chairs and beach towels are also provided in the unit.
Access to the pool area and beach is by keyed gates for use by residents and guests only. Keypad entries to the building.
One reserved, covered parking space is provided with the unit and additional parking is available in front of the building.
*Attractions and Amenities*
Restaurants are plentiful within walking distance or by using the Suncoast Trolley, which passes in front of the unit every 30 minutes or so daily. A grocery store and pharmacy are available directly across the street from the unit. Many other dining and shopping options are accessible within a short drive – recommendations gladly available upon request.
Nearby attractions include Johns Pass shopping and restaurants, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, and downtown St. Petersburg is a short drive away.

More info: This spacious, contemporary cottage comfortably sleeps up to 7 people in the main cottage. It has a private sandy beach with kayaks so you can explore the beauty of Trout Lake. The large picture windows offer spectacular views over the lake regardless of the weather. (If your group is larger, a further 5 people can be accommodated in the apartment above the garage for an additional charge. For privacy, the property is only offered to one family/renter at a time, regardless of whether the apartment is added or not).

I have a large beautiful house/Cabin at Castle Mountain Resort for rent. It can be rented 3 ways The whole cabin sleeps 20 in beds. The lower walkout basement has 3 bedrooms with 4 queens and sleeps 8. The upper cabin has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps 12. The cabin is below the purple or Huckleberry chairlift at Castle Mountain Ski Resort. This is a house that 4 couples and some kids could enjoy without being cramped as there is 2000 square feet in the upper 2 floors. Steam shower, jetted tub, large outdoor Hot Tub. The catch is that you must leave it clean and ready for the next family. There is no maid service. The rear of the cabin has a road right to the back door but no parking. It also can be split into two smaller cabins. The upper cabin has beds for 12 including Two Kings and 3 Queens and a double chest bed in 4 Bedrooms. The master has an ensuite with a jetted tub. The bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3 has a steam shower, Main floor kitchen has enough supplies to cook a Christmas turkey for 20 people. Propane barbecue and a wood smoker. 56 inch tv in main family area. Good wifi is included. A large fridge and freezer. Coffee makers including a normal drip, Keurig are ready for the morning hot tub. Board games and DVDs are provided. Everything including a air fryer and ice cream maker for a fantastic family memories. Again the catch with this place as you must leave it the way you found it as far as cleanliness. It has to be ready for the next renter when you leave. We have a full laundry room even though you bring your own bedding and towels so less of the holiday is taken by cleaning as you take your laundry home with you. $500 deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellation is allowed up to 1 month prior to reservation. The winter rate for the large Suite ranges from $650 per night on weekends and holidays to $2000 for a week in the summer. Shoulder season rates are even lower. We have specials for the whole week in the summer during July and Aug. This includes the hot tub. We have another suite that is a separate walkout basement that rents for $250 per night. Check out my other ad to see the walkout Suite.

I have a lower suite in a big cabin located under the Huckleberry Chairlift at Castle Mountain. It has 3 bedrooms with 4 queen beds. Large Kitchen and Living room. Nice bathroom with a shower. The closest town is Pincher Creek. This ski hill is a very good all round ski hill with something for everybody. The place I have is 1000 square feet. The rental includes the use of the hot tub off of the upper suite. I use the whole cabin almost every other weekend but there is still days available. I rent the place out by the day weekend or week. It starts at $250 per night in Season and cheaper in the off season(Summer). Everything is there for you to enjoy your holiday. Barbeque and spices, slverware etc. The only catch is each tenant has to leave it clean and ready for the next renter. There is no cleaning crew.

Are you looking for a quiet place, away from the city but not too much, where you can live a peaceful time in the countryside. Enjoy this relaxed, quiet and confortable home with beautiful flowers, very private (no neighbors in the back and on each side of the house and a panoramic lake view in the heart of the Gatineau Valley.
It is a place to read, cook, go hiking with your dog, bike rides, or go for a gentle strol with your dog, swimming (the water is great), kayaking, canoeing or any other water sport. The bike paths are well known and part of the Green Route. You can also meet the locals by having breakfast at the Community Centre
PLEASE NOTE
We do not provide any water sport equipment, bicycle, you must bring your own.
About the house

- [ ] Pharmacy: Proxim and Familiprix in Gracefield (13 kms) and Familiprix and Jean Coutu in Maniwaki (35 kms).
Location: 110 kms from Ottawa and Gatineau in the Gatineau Valley, Municipality of Blue Sea, QC.

800$ per week
50% is due upon reservation, and 50% is due one day before arriving
All payments are accepted by bank transfer.

- [ ] easy access to the lake. Its in front of the house on the other side of the road.

- [ ] stand-alone bath and shower.
- [ ] bedroom with wardrobe and dresser with ample space for two, a double bed purchased in 2026 and TV
- [ ] Bedding and towels..
Before leaving: To prevent us from charging $100 for cleaning we ask that the following be done:
1. Put your garbage bags in the appropriate bins by the road.
2. Bring your food with you.
3. Wash your dishes.
