The open concept living/dining room has a smart large screen tv, a reclining leather sofa and chair and an electric fireplace. The dining room has seating for 8. The galley kitchen is open to the living room and river, with an oversize refrigerator, range, super quiet dishwasher and a Ninja air fryer oven that makes cooking easy and quick. Off the kitchen, a laundry room and a large pantry make washing and food storage less of a chore.
Radiant floor heating in each room, with its own thermostat complement the central heating, to ensure that you are in control.
The large master bedroom is 14ft x17.5ft, with a king size bed, an ensuite bath, a large window to the river and a smart tv has room for a desk. as well. There is second bathroom for guests.
An attached garage provides easy access to our private elevator which takes you directly to your dining room. Snow removal service is included in your rent.
