Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This 1 bedroom condo is located on the first floor and it has space enough to accept up to 4 guests, with a king size bed and a sofa bed that takes two and, 2 full bathrooms for the group.
Located in Palm Suite community, which is a quite place full of greenery, with a nice pool and lounge chairs. Located near the main street of El Cortecito and just a 10-minute walk to Bávaro Beach and numerous restaurants.
The space
This first floor condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a large dresser, a desk, a TV, ceiling fan, a large closet and private bathroom. There is also another full bathroom in the hall across the bedroom.

Please also note that you may cancel your reservation of 50% deposit for any reason up to 60 days prior to your arrival and receive a full refund minus any funds transfer fees plus an administration fee of $150 US. If you cancel with less than 60 days notice from your arrival, there is a 40% cancellation fee. There would be no refund if you should cut your stay short for any reason after you have arrived.
