Every night was a theme night, and a wonderful night out...VERY ROMANTIC! The days are filled with activities and games...you can watch or participate...but VERY entertaining. The entertainment staff is incredible. We didn’t stop laughing the entire week! We participated in and even won some games. We loved beach volleyball, tequila volleyball, the pageants, the iron man competition, battle of the sexes, couples trivia, music and movie trivia, daring darts, and numerous other activities. Never a dull moment! Even though this is ADULT ONLY and ADULT THEMES, we found it very comfortable. Not everyone is topless but if you chose to go topless it is not a big deal as everyone is very comfortable. The resort is very classy. We are NEVER bored and we have so much fun! Easy access to the clubs and nightlife (Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, The City), but there is so much fun at Temptation that you probably won't want to leave!

Le condo est situé « Centro » donc près de tout. Ex; 3 minutes à pied du Walmart et de tous les restaurants qui ne coûtent pas les yeux de la tête comme sur la cinquième. Pour avoir loué pendant plusieurs années avant de faire l’achat, nous avons toujours été déçus de ce qu’il y avait comme équipement. Chez nous vous ne manquerez de rien, du airfryer, des parapluies aux chaises de plage et parasol…lol…ils vous manque quelque chose et vous nous le dite, ça marche comme ça! This is a very well-designed attractive villa. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and layout. We were both impressed by the tasteful decorative touches from the dried flowers to tile mosaics on the walls. An example of the design is the large built in closets in the upstairs bedrooms. I have never stayed in a rental with as much closet and drawer space. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. The beds were all comfortable. The villa is spacious both in the grounds and inside. Where some may have been tempted to have 4 or 5 bedrooms, the 3 good sized bedroom and large living areas given a certain dignity and sense of spaciousness. The kitchen was well equipped as far as pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. The appliances all worked.
There was a beautiful view of the valley from this hillside location from both inside the villa and the outside terraces and pool deck. One can see Alvor, Lagos and Portimao along the coast and amazing twinkling lights at night time. The villa and around the pool deck is very private. The villa is set well back from the road down a steep dead end lane and so no passing traffic. The location gives a sense of peacefulness.
We walked into the lovely town of Monchique a few times and also ate at the nice restaurant at the top of the lane - O Luar da Foia, rated highly in Tripadvisor. You need to be reasonably fit given the road is steep. Monchique has a large modern InterMarche supermarket and some smaller grocery stores and butcher shops. There are also a number of pleasant cafes. There is a large shopping mall in Portimao. A car is recommended. If you have one, the villa makes a good base for exploring the region.
The west coast is about 30 min away by secondary road, while Portimao and the A22 main tollway is about 15 min south. We went as far as Odeceixe in the north west. Despite the weather during or stay in November, we were able to use the pool a bit when the sun was shining. We would not hesitate to rent from Nigel again. He was easy to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions. Given its high quality, the villa is a real bargain in the low and shoulder season. Highly recommend it.-TripAdvisor
