Located in Playa Coronado - 80km west of Panama City, Panama. Amazing Ocean and mountain views in very well developed and safe area (there used to be one of the first USA military bases back in WWII). There are McDonalds, Restaurants, grocery stores, hardware and department stores, local market places. Its not a "gates community of 2-3 buildings" - its a "gated AREA" of ~5km by ~5km. Condo building has year-round outdoor pools, gym, sauna, social areas with air-hockey, table tennis, billiard and other games. We offer free Wi-Fi and free private parking. 30 minutes walk to the ocean beaches. For additional charge we can provide 4 seater Gas golf to be used for local usage - beach, restaurants, shops.
The apartment is equipped to make your stay cozy and comfortable, We do our best to keep you safe and attentive to any need. The air-conditioned apartment provides place for up to 6 people and consists of:
* one large/main bedroom with king bed, large sofa and work desk (with monitor, keyboard and printer);
* second bedroom with queen bed with flat TV and Roku(smart tv);
* living room with sofa-bed, 6 person dining table, 55" flat-screen TV with cable channels and Amazon prime, table games;

We are treating this condo as our second home and we expect the same from our guests - No smoking at condo and the building. No burning waxed and scented candles. Due to hot and humid conditions - remove garbage in tight bags daily. Beach/large towel needed to be washed and dried right after each use. We are not hotel - so daily cleaning is your responsibility - please use dishwasher and mop the floor as needed.
If something is broken or not working, please report as soon as possible. Its not about blame - its about providing better service for you. Do not fix it yourself.

Playa Dorada is a 6 unit gated condo development built by a North American builder, north of Bahia de Caraquez and about 5 km south of Canoa, Ecuador. The condos sit directly on the beach. Simply unlock the gate and the beach is there. Si deseas pasar una agradable estancia en al Habana te invitamos a alojarte en el Hostal DIMA que se encuentra en el mismo corazón de la ciudad a solo 150 m del Capitolio y 200 del Parque Central en un apartamento de estilo colonial de más de 200 m2 donde tenemos disponibles dos habitaciones de más de 16 m2 cada una. Una habitación tiene una cama matrimonial y existe la posibilidad de utilizar otra cama anexa tamaño individual. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas tamaño twin/single. Ambas habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, ventilador y tomas de corriente de 120 y 220 V, en caso de necesidad tenemos adaptadores de corriente según la configuración que necesite utilizar.
Existe un cuarto de baño con toilette que tiene agua fría y caliente de uso exclusivo para los clientes.

Por la posición de la casa es posible caminar por toda la Habana Vieja, Centro Habana y parte del Vedado.
Estamos rodeados de múltiples hoteles, museos, restoranes, cafeterías y mercados. Desde acá es posible coordinar recorridos por la ciudad con guías especializados en el idioma que solicite, así como alojamientos en otras ciudades y su traslado hacia las mismas.
