Welcome to Paradise! This is a luxury vacation condo in the heart of West Maui’s famous Kaanapali Beach at the Hyatt Vacation Club ("HVC"). It is truly one of the most beautiful and comfortable properties in Maui with a guaranteed ocean view. The suite has every amenity you can think of, and if they don't have some item you want or need, you can ask them for it. My wife and I cannot travel at that time this year, which is why the suite is available.
This advertisement is for a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom (sleeps up to 6) in Week 12, Saturday, March 23-30, 2024. The floor level will be between Floors 5 and 8, which is determined by the HVC about 2 weeks before the stay.

Enjoy your vacation in beautiful Paquera Puntarenas, Costa Rica, while exploring the wildlife of birds/monkeys/sloth/ just to name a few!

This property is located in a small community nestled amongst 10 houses, living the Tico lifestyle, with the beautiful beaches 10 minutes away, restaurants and stores are 5 minutes.
I purchased this lovely home in December 2023, since that time, I have a property manager that has furnished the house and planted over 50 trees all around the fenced in yard . I had surgery in January and cannot travel for months.

Playa Dorada is a 6 unit gated condo development built by a North American builder, north of Bahia de Caraquez and about 5 km south of Canoa, Ecuador. The condos sit directly on the beach. Simply unlock the gate and the beach is there. Sitting on the balcony, enjoy the view of the ocean, the locals bringing in their catch, spectacular sunsets and a beautiful infinity pool which appears to drop into the Pacific Ocean.
The condo comes complete with 3 air conditioners, all furniture as seen in the photos, a fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer, dryer, high speed internet, flat screen smart TV.
Next to the infinity pool is a covered gazebo complete with a propane BBQ, tables, chairs and a sink with running water. Enjoy cooking with low cost shrimp & fish from the local fishermen and an abundant supply of vegetables from the markets. Relax around the pool and enjoy the sunshine and tropical vegetation.
The condo and grounds are non-smoking. Electrical plug-ins are 110 V, as in North America. Plumbing in our condo is to North American standards so toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet which is not the norm in Ecuador.
Condo unit comes with a garage so room for a car and storage.
We've successfully run Short-Term-Vacation rentals (through VRBO (#498103), AirBnB and privately) for all years of our ownership. If you are looking to offset home ownership costs, we have a good history, 5-star reviews and repeat vacationers.
There is tremendous value in being able to buy a turn-key rental property complete with a trustworthy property manager. You can continue to operate a rental business and/or use personally.
If you would like to check this out by renting it during this winter season and then decide to purchase, the rent money will be applied to the purchase.

RCI – is a point’s based system where you receive 10,000 points annually and can purchase as many points as you want for $0.02 per point. RCI is the biggest exchange system (timeshare) in the world, they have 4,000 resorts worldwide and you can book them using your points. The nice thing about points is that you are not limited to only booking a week; you can book individual days all the way up to 21 nights for one transaction fee. You can log onto their system at www.rci.com or call them at 1-877-968-7476.
7Across – is another exchange system, however they trade a week for a week. How you would do that is book a week through RCI at Paradise Canyon (recommend November week). Now that you own a physical week at your home resort you can trade it with 7Across and they give you a week that can be booked anytime of the year and is good for 3 years. ICE – is a great program if you are looking to go on a cruise, we signed you up for a 10 year membership with them that you can upgrade to a lifetime membership if you would like to through ICE. The entertainment staff is incredible. We didn’t stop laughing the entire week! We participated in and even won some games. We loved beach volleyball, tequila volleyball, the pageants, the iron man competition, battle of the sexes, couples trivia, music and movie trivia, daring darts, and numerous other activities. Never a dull moment! Even though this is ADULT ONLY and ADULT THEMES, we found it very comfortable. Not everyone is topless but if you chose to go topless it is not a big deal as everyone is very comfortable. The resort is very classy. We are NEVER bored and we have so much fun! Easy access to the clubs and nightlife (Coco Bongo, Senior Frogs, The City), but there is so much fun at Temptation that you probably won't want to leave!
