Ottawa Morning Hockey League has been running for almost 20 years.
It's a competitive league with both men and women at all skill levels but still maintains a good level of play.
There are goalies, refs and stats.
All games are at 7:00am Monday through Friday.
The main rinks are Nepean Sportsplex, Walter Baker and Bell Centennial (west end)
There are 3 seasons, Sept to Xmas, Jan to end of April, May to end of August.
Teams are re-drafted for each season.

Hi,
I am looking to see if there is interest among hockey coaches/parents to share ice time rentals through the City of Ottawa. The aim would be to partner up for private group development and rent ice during prime times to make it cheaper for all parties, and avoid the early mornings that make it tough for teens. We live centrally and would primarily be interested in the following rinks: Canterbury/Kilrea, Brewer, McNabb, Jim Durrell, Fred Barrett, Tom Brown and Sandy Hill but would consider others slightly beyond these. This would be limited to 8-10 kids per group and is intended for small, private groups. Thanks,

Spots are available for Summer Pickup Hockey, played at Ottawa U, starting in May and running through August.
This is typical Pickup Hockey with players of different skill levels and ages, with the aim to have fun and get exercise.
I'm looking for players to sign up for the whole season. The times available are:
Mondays 4 PM
and / or
Wednesdays 5 PM

Our west end weekly skate is looking for a few more full time players!
We play Monday Mornings (9AM-10:30AM) at Cavanagh Sensplex on Carp Road in the West End and Thursday Mornings (9AM-11AM) at Cavanagh Sensplex as well. All are welcome, we promote inclusivity for all, we play for fun foremost always, teams are balanced every skate as well. Message me if interested in coming out for a great time with a great group!
