At the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort in Nuevo Nayarit (approx 10 kms north of Puerto Vallarta) we have 3 one week periods available (excluding christmas or easter holiday seasons) for our timeshare. On occasion in the past we’ve been able to book and reserve additional weeks, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There are two TVs (including many US and Canadian channels), ceiling fans, air conditioning and a safe. Two couches with trundle beds and linens provide sleeping for an additional four people, or 6 in total.
