Position Overview

Topline Home Solutions is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of attic insulation and home energy improvements, and generate qualified appointments for our home assessment specialists.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and earning based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door outreach within assigned neighborhoods.
Introduce homeowners to Topline Home Solutions' services and programs.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of proper attic insulation, air sealing, and energy efficiency upgrades.
Identify homeowner needs through effective questioning and active listening.
Generate and schedule qualified in-home consultations.
Accurately document customer interactions and appointments.
Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to handle objections and remain resilient.
Reliable transportation is considered an asset.
Previous sales, customer service, fundraising, or door-to-door experience is an asset but not required.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
