Park Model in a 55+ Adult Community called Orangewood Shadows RV Resort in Mesa Arizona. This park model is very comfortable. The park is very friendly, very clean and very well manicured and maintained. The management takes great pride in the appearance of the park and keeps it well maintained. The park does not allow pets. The park model has all the required needs, fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge, stove, microwave, bedding for the queen bed and the hide-a-bed pull out in the front room, television, internet can be activated for wi-fi, barbecue outside on the patio, outdoor table and chairs. shed, covered car pad and patio area. There are also 2 orange trees on the property. It is available on a monthly basis and preferably consecutive months in a row at US$2000.00 per month. The electrical bill, internet and TV cable, if you so choose, are the only added expenses and is your responsibility.
