Hanoverian Broodmare
Description
For your consideration ( serious inquiries only) we are potentially offering Shoguna is a 19-year-old, 16.1hh bay Hanoverian mare, registered in the Canadian Warmblood Stud Book. She is by the elite Thoroughbred stallion Shogun and out of main studbook mare Fatima (by Wanderer) — a pedigree combining refinement, athleticism, and strong maternal lines.
Previously trained in dressage, Shoguna has since transitioned to a successful broodmare career. She is an easy breeder and excellent mother, consistently producing quality foals. Currently exposed to a purebred Friesian stallion (last two pictures) for a 2026 foal.
Shoguna is sound, healthy, and requires no maintenance. She is kind, intelligent, and a confident herd leader — an ideal broodmare for anyone looking to produce athletic, well-tempered sporthorses.
