It’s with a heavy heart that I’m looking to find a new home for my two beloved geldings. Life is changing as I head back to school, and I just can’t give them the time, attention, and exercise they deserve. They have so much potential and need someone who can continue working with them and helping them grow.
✨ Palomino (15.2hh, 12 years old) – Full of energy and eager to work! He thrives with consistent groundwork and enjoys having a job to do. He’s spunky, responsive, and willing but needs an intermediate rider while he continues to build confidence.
✨ Grey (15.2hh, 12 years old) – A bit more on the calm side but can be spooky at times. He responds well to one-on-one exercises and gains trust through patience and consistent handling. Once he trusts you, he is a sweetheart!
Both are in great health, have had their teeth floated last fall, and are up to date on everything. They are from the same stud and have been ridden recently but do need continued groundwork. They are good with kids but will require an intermediate rider until further training is established.

Cappuccino
11 year old gelding that has done it all on the ranch, he has been ridden by multiple riders at many ranch rodeos, roped bulls, cows and calves, can walk calmly into a herd or run down a critter. He has one man doctored cows and calves, worked an alley and can sort and cut like a champ. He has started many colts in a round pen and can handle himself well ponying colts. measures at about 16 hands. He has been rode in a snaffle, hackamore, two rein and is now straight up in a half breed bridle bit. This horse can go all day and is one you can count on to get a job done. Cappuccino was used as our go to horse all of last summer on a 2000 head cow/calf operation, covered some big country, calving, doctoring, moving herds, and fencing. He is calm, quiet, and friendly. Anyone can ride him but has more whoa than go with a novice rider.

Casually looking for a kids pony/ horse, the ideal horse would be 13-14 hands and stockier build, more whoa than go! With absolutely no buck bolt rear kick bite or spook! Looking for a complete unicorn and as safe as a horse can be (yes I understand a horse is still an animal with their own brain) very knowledgeable horse home. I've put her through a walk, trot, lope, trot, walk with no bucking several times. It's just something to be aware of. It may be just because the saddle isn't quite the right fit - it's a 7 inch gullet and she needs something narrower.
⬜️ Walking through waterIf she was a horse with a bigger build, she would stay. Unfortunately just doesn't fit our plans for heavy trail and mountain riding. With some more experience, she is going to be the perfect kid and/or small youth horse.

She was recently diagnosed with *slight* rotation in her front coffin bones in both front feet, it's not life ending or career ending at this time but she does need some maintenance- I do have x-rays available for people who are seriously interested
She needs to be on a dry lot with low sugar hay and feed monitored.
She will need to have corrective shoeing done aswell to support her feet.
Vet suspects EMS and has recommended having her tested as well as her insulin levels tested.
Vet said she's good to be rode everyday and exercised but no preforming on her until her suspected EMS and weight are under control.
The ONLY reason I have her listed is because I do not have the any where to keep her to keep her off grass and i do not have access to an abundance of low sugar hay where I am at and i do not want this mare living in a box stall for the rest of her life as it wouldn't be fair to her, so im trying to do what's best for her and her situation.

2015 AQHA “The Boomtown Baker”
This horse is worth your attention. He has treated us very well over the past few years of doing stud services. He has been used for hand breeding and would be suitable for someone looking to get into the breeding business. Because he’s been handled in that environment, he can be easy to get along with.

He’s broke but not fancy broke and hasn’t really been ridden much In The last 2 years, done lots of trail riding before, cattle drives and harnessed a few times double to a big cart. Gone camping a few times. He very stright forward and will go through creeks, mud holes, thick bush just point him and he goes. Cisco is a big puppy dog alway first to the gate to meet you. Currently he’s a Chonk.
Cisco needs a confident rider as he’s got a lot of go and gets pretty hot and often the first few rides when he get excited he is known to throw a few cow hops first time breaking into a canter. Lunging awhile before can help. Due to him not being ridden much he may need a bit of a refresher. Cisco can ride alone or in a herd. No mean bone on his body. Never kicked at other horses always get along. Cisco is flat footed so if you were to be riding on gravel he will need front shoes. He requires no maintenance. Paint/Draft X. 19 years old. Great feet and no need for shoes. Have had him out on lots of trail rides up to the Rim Rocks and around the pastures. Loves attention and to be brushed and cuddled. He is more of a walk/trot horse. Will go out by himself but does prefer company. Loves water…will walk through any puddle. This big guy would be great for a confident beginner. Super sweet and easy peasy to catch. Right around 15hh, he has a big body and takes up a lot of leg. Goes bareback as well and as comfy as a couch. I am in no hurry for him to go anywhere. We have lots of hay and he is great in the herd. Bought him for my husband who only rides about once a year so he just isn’t getting used enough with the other horses I have to ride. Easy keeper and no founder!
I have tack that fits him quite well and I would sell it with him if buyer was interested. I would like to see this sweet boy in a home where he will be loved on so will be picky where he goes.
Feet have been trimmed every 6-8 weeks and deworming is up to date.

Miniature mule used to protect our sheep, however we have sold the sheep. So she needs a new home. 3-4 years old, comes to the fence for treats and to pet her face but is not broke to ride. Really nice feet, almost never needs trimming.

Looking to possible lease my 15 -15.1hh 10yo Arab QH gelding Cisco. I found my self having no time over the past 2 year due to work and I hate seeing him sitting in the pasture. He’s broke but not fancy broke and hasn’t really been ridden much In The last 2 years, done lots of trail riding before, cattle drives and harnessed a few times double to a big cart. Gone camping a few times. He very stright forward and will go through creeks, mud holes, thick bush just point him and he goes. Cisco is a big puppy dog alway first to the gate to meet you. Currently he’s a Chonk.
Cisco needs a confident rider as he’s got a lot of go and gets pretty hot and often the first few rides when he get excited he is known to throw a few cow hops first time breaking into a canter. Lunging awhile before can help. Due to him not being ridden much he may need a bit of a refresher. Cisco can ride alone or in a herd. No mean bone on his body. Never kicked at other horses always get along. Cisco is flat footed so if you were to be riding on gravel he will need front shoes. I would just like for him to be used more. With a heavy heart I am listing my sweet boy Cash, As I don’t have the experience needed to get this guy broke.
He is a sweet, gentle boy with well manners
He is needing to be trained and I don’t have the experience training horses, so he needs to go to a home where they will train him and not let him sit in the field like he is now.
He is 5 years old
I haven’t been able to work with him much but I don’t think it would take much to get him trained.
I’ve almost had a halter on him when I first got him in August
