Bruce has been finishing cattle for over 45 years here in Beaverton , Brock Township.. When his cattle are taken to a Federal plant , they are graded “AAA”
We are offering sides of beef or mixed quarters ( front and hind ) of our home grown Angus at $6.90 lb dressed weight ( hanging weight) This price includes cutting, wrapping and freezing of the beef.
Our cattle are antibiotic and hormone FREE, grass fed and finished on corn we grow ourselves.
Cattle are Government Inspected and processed locally. Customers choose the types of cuts and thickness of steaks and size of roasts . ........... etc............
Beef is aged 21 days.
Soup and or dog bones are included.
A side of beef could weigh 350 lbs to 450 lbs ( give or take )
Mixed quarter ( front and hind) is 175 lbs to 225 lbs ( give or take )
At this time we do not sell individual pieces of meat........
