Moved up here pretty recently. I had been playing in a couple of bands. Playing covers and writing original stuff. Pretty decent range. Can sing all kinds of stuff. My main influences are AiC, Soundgarden, StP, Screaming Trees, Pixies, Iggy Pop, QotsA and tons more. I'll sing pretty much anything though as long as the band digs it. Easy to work with. I can send my YouTube link with some live stuff over for reference.

Niten is a school of Kenjutsu(swordsmanship) founded by the students of Musashi in the 17th Century in Japan of the Edo period. It is composed of paired sets. It is great champion art to those who practice other traditional Japanese Budo. What Is Iaido
Iaido is a martial art that involves no direct physical contact or combat with other individuals in the Dojo. Practitioners perform patterns, called "kata", that represent confrontational situations where he or she is attacked by one or more opponents. Almost all patterns are solo; that is, there is no physical enemy. There are some two-person kata, but these are choreographed, with one person defending against a pre-defined series of attacks. Solo kata involve drawing the sword, making one or more cuts, cleaning the blade, and returning the sword to the scabbard with concentration and focus. Please call: 705 868 5754

Artist’s Statement: Cara Jordan Pyrography
Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, the art of pyrography involves creation through fire. Pyrography, from the Greek ‘drawing with fire,’ is achieved by burning images onto a variety of surfaces. Often called woodburning, because wood is the most common surface used, paper, tagua nut, leather, and bone are also conducive to using heat to create this type of art. Images from the natural world are easily born from wood and other organic materials; fur, feathers, and scales can be created using the texture of the burn that engraves the images into the wood, and the warm tones of a lion’s mane or an eagle’s feathers are brought to life in warm sepia tones. This beautiful drawing technique allows you to combine line, colour, and texture to create any image from the natural world or your imagination. Although pyrography has been practiced since ancient times, it became increasingly popular with ladies in the Victorian period for decorating all manner of household objects. Once seen merely as a craft, pyrography is being increasingly recognised as a fine art form.
Although I have no formal training, I have been creating and selling my art for more than ten years. When I was a little girl, I was always inspired by a visit to my grandfather’s workshop, a little red barn in the country. He was a folk artist, and he worked in wood to create animal sculptures and images of life in rural Canada. Recently, I have become interested in pyrography since wood is the perfect canvas for images inspired by the diversity and grandeur of nature and wildlife from Canada and around the world. I use my own photographs of animals as inspiration for pieces that speak to the beauty, majesty, humanity, and souls of all creatures, great and small, that enrich and sustain our world.

The art contains twelve forms (kata) and were developed in part by Shimizu Takaji and by a committee tasked with the creation of a compact Jōdō system to be taught mainly in Kendo dojo. The result was the Zen Ken Renmei Seitei Jōdō system containing twelve forms (kata) and twelve basic techniques (kihon).
It is a great champion art for those doing other forms of Japanese Martial Arts.
Both the basic techniques and forms are drawn primarily from the koryu martial art Shinto Muso-ryu. The kata were chosen from the three first series of SMR, Omote, chudan and Ran ai as they were seen to best represent the art. Ten of these kata were taken from the existing SMR kata but with minor modifications as to better suit the requirements of the Kendo Federation. The two other kata was created specifically for the new Seitei Jōdō system and was not part of the original SMR-system. Seitei Jodo is today taught as a part of the Zen Nihon Kendo Renmei (All Japan Kendo Federation).

Good music
I'm learning to get into meditation and yoga.I'm really just very isolated and would love to make some sort of connection with someone who would be understanding and empathic.
I'm not looking to party and I don't do drugs or drink but would love to spend time at the beach drinking tea or enjoying a milkshake, finding yard sales or searching for treasures at the thrift store or hiking with our dogs, if you have a dog otherwise just hiking.
I'm easy going, understanding, open minded and looking forward to meeting someone and hopefully finding a local friend who has the same interests as me.
I am in my late 30s
I'm not looking looking for a hook up or anything like that, I'm happily married!

Hi,
My name is Conrad.
I'd like to meet up with other musicians and play. I've played by myself for a few years and am now looking to connect with other enthusiastic musicians about it. I would say I'm an advanced beginner.
I wish I could play guitar like this:
Red Clay -Jack Wilkins
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9W7hB7lGN0
Suspicious Child, Growing Up - Volker Kriegel
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g2JsjugUqCA
Maggot Brain - Funkadelic
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOKn33-q4Ao
Jimi Hendrix
Gilmour
Sadly I am NOWHERE near this skilled. If you know how to play like this I would love to chat with you.
Other songs I like:
Waiting around to die - Townes Van Zandt
Please don't step on my rainbow - the cleaners from venus
Straight to hell - the clash
Werewolf - Michael Hurley
Ghost song - Jim Morison
The girl in the yellow dress - david gilmour
Strawberry Fields Forever - Richie Havens cover
I have no experience playing with others - aside from a couple years in grade school bands - but I think and hope that I could catch on quickly. I have the time and inspiration to pursue music now, and I think the next step for my musical adventure is to connect with others. I am not sure how that looks - so please send me a message and we can go from there. Thanks. I'm a 28 year old man.
Play on,
Conrad

Extending the idea to those whom have awakened to see what is coming. Discussions, knowledge and skill exchange along with practical sessions in urban and bush settings. Ultimately thinking of establishing large co-operative land parcel purchase for each "member" to develop a homestead / survival bunker / off grid retreat / sustainable campground , etc...... or whatever you deem necessary within the new world reset. Encouraging all manner of skills and levels of thinking to involve themselves and their families/ friends to become less reliant on the cyclic servitude scam. Every class, creed, race, religion, colour welcome....so long as everyone contributes and is willing to learn.
I've years worth of seasoned bush work behind me and still have much to gain from different views and methods. Everyone from Jack and Jill of all trades to technology savvy wizards are welcome to look outside the ever tightening box and help each other to communicate, teach, learn and build a life that resembles something other than being completely controlled by Big Brother and the Holding Company (unfortunately, I'm not talking about Janis Joplin).
My interest is in having everyone organize, plan and execute action in nothing less than practical and efficient terms. The time for talking and dreaming about escaping the imprisoning grasp of cardboard cookie cutter stick frame homes with high mortgages and perpetual utility bills that squander our freedom, has passed; the time to begin acting toward change was long past many moons ago as well but it's not too late, not quite yet.Any manner of practical skill and capability to teach cooking, tailoring, writing, carpentry, hunting, sustainable hybrid food production disciplines such as permaculture, aquaponics, agro-forestry, animal husbandry, plant breeding and propagation, greenhouse management, story telling, firearms, wild crafting, prospecting, sustainable land/ water management, grey water systems, solar, alternative construction, child care, bush survival, botany.....for that matter, any science, arts and trades disciplines. Don't think this is all hippy dippy eyes wide woke running off to hide in the woods Waco style because those familiar with business operations and economics within the new gig economy are certainly welcome as well. Future employment and income generating of fiat currency/credit/ barter and trade from the grey zone is encouraged to assist with long term health and financial planning concerns as we age and for the continued security of our children and future generations that will follow in our footsteps.
No public disclosure. Anonymity guaranteed and expected in return. Old, young, single, families, everyone welcome. And no, this is not some screwed up cult, we've all been living in the biggest one for far too long already.
Peterborough area based; however, global networks encouraged. Let's do this. Think about it, as a rough and dirty example: $5,000 each or per couple X 10 or 20 = a big chunk of unincorporated land north, down east or out west to the tune of 100 to 200 plus acres all day long. Everyone on the deed with equalized shares of property ownership along with a simple agreement to pay for an independent severance survey (if applicable) when and if someone decides to sell outside of the proportional value assessment conducted by the then remaining members group holding the deed. Just a hypothetical example of one simple idea to get the cogs turning. Incorporation is an option if it is deemed to simplify the long term goals.
We'll all need to chat offline further.
Mahalo.
