This nice villa 3 bed 2 bath is situated in the sought-after neighborhood of Playa Laguna, close to Sosua and Cabarete. With a semi private secluded beach which is less than 5 min ( 350 meters) walk away.
Entry into the villa is through a covered garage with a touchpad and remote entry. The lot feels big and the garden is like being in your own oasis. You have total privacy on this property. It is completely fenced around suitable for pets and very secure.
