We have a 1/1 bath condo located in ST Petersburg FL 33705. It is available from November 01 2026 -February 28, 2027.
Rent includes unlimited internet, long distance, cable package and utilities up to 100.00 are covered by owner.
The condo is fully furnished and equipped, ground level with large patio with gas bbq overlooking a large lake. The condo also has washer/dryer in unit.
Not a pet friendly condo and smoking/vaping is not permitted inside condo.
The complex is gated community with heated pool, gym, tennis courts and kayak launch.
HOA requires tenant to complete an application and security background check.
The fees are as follows:
HOA application 150.00
Security/credit check 55.00
Damage deposit 500.00
(Returned at the end of stay, once inspected)
Cleaning fee 200.00 at the end of stay.

Grand condo de 955 pi2, lumineux au 2e étage. Le prix inclus l'électricité et l'internet. Il y a deux chambres à coucher (1 lit king et 2 lits simple), un divan lit et deux salles de bain. Le condo est situé près de la piscine ou il y a aussi un bain tourbillon. Laveuse-sécheuse disponible dans l'immeuble, nous partageons avec 7 autre unités. BBQ près de la piscine. Nous avons un lave-vaisselle et télévision au salon, bien équipé. L'air climatisé centrale. Nous sommes à 15 km de la plage et près de plusieurs terrains de golf (Boca Dunes, Boca Lago, Osprey Point, Boca Woods et plusieurs autres). Minimum 3 mois de location, maximum 4 mois, 2 695US$/mois.
