The Guernsey breed is by far the kindest and most gentle goat you will find on a farm. They are bred for their milk and easy going personalities. Their long hair is a beautiful bonus.
This doeling is ready to go home NOW.
Hers is tested and clear of CAE and Johnns

Pure breed, pooled, beautiful red bull, Joey, extremely friendly, easy to handle, producing beautiful big babies, respond to his name, comes with his cow Tea. These pair is perfect for farming family with children. Safe to handle. Why I am letting them go if they are that good? We are old and can't work any more. Cow came practically free for the value of the bull. Joey is truly one of a kind bull by his disposition, body and mind. You will not find the bull of his qualities easy. On third picture is his offspring, 1 old heifer, Rosy, sold.

Hello!
I live on a remote island on the BC coast, where 9 months of the year i am 1 of 5 year round residents. We dont have a road on our island because the pitch is too steep, so everyone lives in isolated properties. That said, i live here year round and want to make my existence more sustainable by introducing some ducks and goats. I have one livestock guardian dog, but his number 1 priority is protecting me, not the livestock, and i'd like a proper livestock protector. Online it seems ducks and donkeys get along great. We have issues with bears, cougars and coyotes. The dog has killed a coyote, and treed a cougar before the CO came and dealt with it. I'd like a more regular defence so the dog and i can go on vacation or i can let him have a day off island for socializing. We are also curious about donkeys as pack horses.I have no experience with donkeys, but a lot of experience with horses (not the same, i know). Please let me know if i am being naive or if you have any suggestions.

22 mature ewes (1-5yrs old), 30 lambs. Two polled ewes in the bunch. Extremely thrifty and hardy animals.
These beauties produce amazing fleece, good carcass size, and although I don't milk them, some would be excellent candidates.
Complete variety in colorations, black, moorit, badgerface, and some spotting genes.
Good hooves, parasite resistant and slightly smaller than alternatives helps keep pasture in tip top shape.
Rates:
$350/Ewe/Ram for 1-4 year olds, 250 for 5+ year olds.
10+ewes/rams: $300/sheep
20+ ewes/rams: $250/sheep
30+ ewes/rams: $200/sheep.
