The first master bedroom has a king size bed and private TV with private double sliding door to the patio and pool area. The second master suite has 2 queen size beds and private TV with private door to the patio and pool area as well. Bedrooms 3 and 4 sharing one bathroom and have 1 queen bed and double bank beds with private TVs. Could accommodate up to 12 people. Private deck with pool enclosure fully equipped with sun furniture. Fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Central AC/ Heating. Cleaning and disinfecting are done before and after each stay. All 1800 square feet of this property is yours to enjoy.
Local base maintenance company will be looking after you with emergency line 24/7. Free Wi-Fi, free calling within USA and TV programming.

Minimum reservation 7 nights with optional 25 USD/day for pool and jacuzzi heating. Check in is 3 PM and check out is at 10 AM.

La maison de ville (townhouse) est située au 2ème étage et l’immeuble contient uniquement 3 condos. Elle comprend 2 chambres à coucher avec salles de bain complètes indépendantes, tv avec câble, internet, air climatisé central, laveuse-sécheuse dans le townhouse, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, literie, articles de plage, etc.
WalMart Super Center, Costco, Home Dépôt, Target, Pharmacies et épiceries à proximité. Le terrain de Golf : PGA Resort and SPA est à la sortie voisine sur la 95 et nous sommes à environ 10 minutes de l’aéroport de West Palm Beach et à environ 50 minutes de l’aéroport de Fort Lauderdale.
